The firm manages over US$100 million in assets on behalf of leading listed companies, family offices, and institutional investors.
Founded by a team active in digital assets since 2017, ArkStream has invested in 100+ projects, including Aave, Filecoin, Ethena, Ether.fi, and BitGo. The team brings experience from MIT, Stanford, Google, and BlackRock, with strategic advisors from Tower Research.

Ye Su
Founding Partner
Ye Su is the Founding Partner of ArkStream Capital, overseeing investment strategy across primary markets and systematic research. Over the past eight years, he has led over US$150 million in fundraising and over US$300 million in private equity investments. Since co-founding BlockArk in 2017, Ye has focused on digital assets, institutional adoption, and emerging financial market infrastructure. Ye received his bachelor’s degree from SUSTech and was a Visiting Fellow at MIT Sloan. He has contributed guest lectures at MIT Sloan, Harvard Business School, and Johns Hopkins University.
Warren Fang
General Partner
Warren Fang is a General Partner at ArkStream Capital, leading investment research across emerging technologies. A long-term Bitcoin and Ethereum investor, he has spent the past decade building, researching, and investing in crypto markets, from DeFi and on-chain financial infrastructure to applications connecting blockchain with the real economy. Warren has participated in early investments in Aave, Ethena, and Hyperliquid, and combines bottom-up technology research with macroeconomic analysis to identify structural. Warren holds an FMBA from The Chinese University of Hong Kong and a B.Sc. from SUSTech.
Tsz Chung Chung
Investment Partner
Tsz Chung Chung is an Investment Partner at ArkStream Capital, focusing on technology investments and institutional capital formation. He has led multiple eight-figure pre-IPO secondary transactions, including SpaceX, and supported ETF and PIPE initiatives for portfolio companies. Chung brings experience across private and public markets, with coverage across digital assets and emerging technologies. Prior to ArkStream, he worked in risk management at Allianz Germany and Afreximbank in Egypt. He holds a BSc from The University of Hong Kong, an MSc from the Norwegian School of Economics, and an MBA from Lagos Business School.
